It’s recommended all gas fireplaces are inspected every two years and with all gas appliances over 10 years serviced every year. The length of time will depend on the type of gas heating appliance being serviced. For example, portable gas heaters will take less time to service than full hydronic heating systems. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when you make your booking.

We can service portable gas heaters in our Rozelle workshop, with a DROP & GO SERVICE operating all year round. Our mobile service, where we come to you, is available for fixed gas heaters, fireplaces, hydronic heating systems, gas hot water systems, as well as portable heaters.
Gas heating appliances should be serviced by a qualified technician every two years. This avoids build up of dust and dirt and ensures efficient operation. If your gas heating appliance is more than 10 years old, it’s important to get it serviced annually.
Please be advised in the event that the appliance cannot be restored to working order as part of the service our technician will fault find and diagnose what further repairs are needed and we will quote accordingly. We carry most common parts however if the appliance requires a part we don’t stock this will be ordered and a second visit will be arranged to complete repairs. Payment for initial visit is required before any further repairs can be conducted.
